ArcGIS Online Story Maps In-Person

This is a hands-on introduction to creating a basic web map, or a story around geography, and integrating other types of media such as documents and images. We will use ArcGIS Online, a tool for sharing and manipulating geospatial data and maps, that is available through the campus GIS license. The workshop is designed to show attendees how to map a common type of geographic data, and various ways to represent data spatially, as well as linking it to text and images.

KU students, staff and faculty from any discipline are welcome to come. Please register if you would like to come, and attend the workshop if you register. This workshop may only be offered once a semester. Tell your friends, co-workers, and colleagues so we have enough attendees to make it go!
