Organizing a Data-Driven Research Project In-Person
This demonstration applies and demonstrates the principles from "Practicing Data Management" as implemented in research projects in the Center for Research Methods and Data Analysis. A project is a collection of folders with readily-understood names. The same folder scheme is compatible with all kinds of empirical analysis, whether it is implemented with SAS, R, Stata, or other programs. Either "Practicing Data Management" or "Data Management Basics" is recommended in conjunction with this demo session.
